What PairCart does—and does not do.

PairCart is a creator review tool for matching creator-owned or licensed video content to eligible commerce products. It is designed to make the creator’s evidence, uncertainty, disclosure, and consent visible before any future platform action.

Demonstrated flow

1. A creator attests to ownership or a license before analysis.
2. Analysis returns only timestamped candidates with evidence, confidence, and uncertainty.
3. The creator chooses an eligible product association, rejects it, or leaves it unresolved.
4. A commercial selection requires disclosure and explicit consent.
5. The result is held for review. This public version has no account connection, upload, product attachment, or publishing capability.

Safety boundaries

• PairCart does not infer rights from a URL, caption, or platform.
• It does not use arbitrary web links, tickets, events, bookings, or services as product associations.
• It does not burn promotional CTAs, end cards, watermarks, or shopping links into a video.
• It does not claim approval or affiliation with TikTok.

Current platform state

PairCart is not connected to TikTok. Native product anchors, platform pre-checks, account authorization, uploads, and publishing remain unavailable until the applicable approvals and implementation are completed.
